Projects
Over the course of the last ten years; I've been working on dozens of projects that range from fine line drawings to ceramics to photography as well as design. Below are a few that I'm incredibly proud of.
Ceramics
I started my dive into ceramics in college in 2016. I took one class that led to taking a second, then third and fourth. by my junior year I was not only in an advanced class, but teaching the lower level courses.
In 2018 I started commuting between New Hampshire and Rhode Island because my experience teaching ceramics at the university allowed me to get a job at Clayground Studio. The studio is a bit different than traditional ceramics but allowed me to tap into my painting and design skills.

Drawings
I started drawing in college and to be honest, I was not good at it. But who's ever good at something they're trying for the first time? I put in time and effort and found my own type of creative freedom in the style of drawing. I focus on thin lines and floral themes.

Typically, I look for reference images and work out how I think they could mold together as one. It almost never comes together on the first try and that's okay! I usually draw what comes into my mind but I also do freelance drawing for others.

Image Above: a fine line floral scythe. This was an idea I had for a very long time and couldn't find anything that I liked so I decided to draw it. I ended up sending it to a tattoo artist who then added his own flourish and tattooed it on my arm.

Design
This was always something I was interested in, I just didn't have the tools to develop my skills. In college I spent time in classes that focused on topics like typography, color, white space, and many other elements. A lot of things go into designing a single brochure, a single flyer, even a business card that allows the eye to gloss over while absorbing the information.

Style is ever changing in design and I've spent the last ten years developing my own type of style.

The difference between these two designs is six years of knowledge and learning.
